We provide all accounting services required by law by our in-house team to ensure that the financial responsibility of your strata scheme is maintained:

  • The trust account is established and maintained.
  • Levy arrears are monitored and recovered where necessary
  • Invoices are approved on behalf of the Owners Corporation (eg council rates, water charges, maintenance). The Executive Members are asked to approve invoices over $1100 to ensure the job is satisfactory
  • Disbursements and expenses incurred in connection with the agent's management of the strata scheme are paid
  • A summary of monthly accounts that have been paid is provided to the Treasurer or other person of your choice.
  • Preparation and lodgment of BAS is arranged if appropriate
  • Assistance to accounting firms for annual taxation return and lodgment is provided
  • Assist the audit (if necessary) in providing accounts and records for auditing
  • Produce the annual set of accounts for the Annual General Meeting
  • Prepare the administrative fund budget and arrange fthe sinking fund budget
